By placing an order on
1. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, our team will review the details. An automated confirmation message/email will be sent, followed by a phone verification call if necessary before dispatching your product.
2. Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We strive to keep our inventory updated, but in the rare event that a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately to process a replacement or refund.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Dhaka City: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3-5 business days via trusted third-party courier services.
Delivery charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page.
4. Cancellation & Returns
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
